Welcome to St. Thomas! I just received your question about borrowing books as an incoming 1L, and the answer is, yes you can!  You can either:

1) use our catalog at librarysearch.stthomas.edu, find the items you'd like to see and place a hold, or

2) come into the library and we can help you find what you are looking for.
